Initial Consultation ›

Clients book a free consultation online where they express their needs, including potentially recycling existing jewellery. We discuss designs and take measurements.

Design Proposal ›

Following the consultation, we will draw the design using CAD technology, provide estimates with any suggestions we feel would be right. The showroom is perfect to provide examples and inspiration for the client’s design.

Payment Terms ›

Once the 3D design has been reviewed, Heidi’s usual terms are 50% upon acceptance with the remainder upon completion.

Valuation Portfolio ›

Once the jewellery has been made, Heidi will provide you with a free portfolio for your insurance purposes

Maintenance & Repairs ›

Complimentary cleaning and checking services are provided, with separate estimates for maintenance or repairs as needed

Bespoke Jewellery Remodelling

Why not revive your precious heirloom jewellery using Heidi’s expertise, create contemporary designs and spectacular new settings, for your older jewellery and Gemstones, breathing new life into each piece. From your first private consultation until receipt of each bespoke piece, please allow a minimum of eight weeks to complete. More complex commissions, featuring specific, rare or extremely precious gemstones, may require more time. Rest assured, every Heidi Kjeldsen bespoke design is unequivocally worth the wait.
