Our Pre-Loved Collection is a wonderful way to keep the past alive and offer high-quality design, workmanship and distinctive designs at a favourable price.
Each piece often has its own story and the new owner has the opportunity to enjoy something different, adding to the sense of romance and nostalgia of a particular piece.
Each item will have been fully refurbished, assessed and we will provide where appropriate, the valuation documents for your insurance purposes as well as beautifully gift wrapping your special purchase.

If you have jewellery you are considering selling, our pre-loved service offers a straightforward and professional way to achieve the best possible return while ensuring your piece is presented to the right audience. With our expertise, established reputation and loyal client base, we carefully assess each item and handle every stage of the sales process on your behalf, from valuation through to final sale.
Once your jewellery has been valued for sale, we divide the agreed figure into three equal parts. One third is allocated to you as the client and is paid promptly once your item has sold. The second third covers the costs involved in successfully selling your jewellery, including advertising, display space, insurance and associated overheads. The final third represents profit for Heidi Kjeldsen Ltd, from which corporation tax and Vat are also deducted so you are not charged for Vat at all. This transparent approach ensures you understand exactly how the final sale is structured, while benefiting from a fully managed and trusted service.
